Eli Rabinowitz

Eli Rabinowitz was born in Cape Town and has lived in Perth Australia since 1986.

Eli, a filmmaker, researches family and Jewish cultural history. He travels extensively and writes about Jewish life and travel on his website, Tangential Travel and Jewish Life, http://elirab.me

Eli arranges customised Litvak and Polish heritage tours.

Eli writes and manages 86 KehilaLinks – Jewish websites for JewishGen.org, the world’s largest Jewish genealogical organisation, with a database of 500000 followers. Eli’s articles have been published in numerous international Jewish and genealogical websites and publications.
Eli has lectured in several countries, at Limmud, and at International Jewish Genealogical Societies’ conferences in the U.S., Israel and Poland.

Eli has also lectured to student and graduate teachers at Edith Cowan University in Perth.
