I'm passionate about massage and bodywork in general, especially as a means to reconnect what we sometimes lose touch with in the busy city life.

A massage helps to revitalise our internal system and sustain our health, which in turn we can pay forward to others. Because when we feel great we can take great care of the people and world around us.

In my massages I apply a combination of haptic massage techniques and connective tissue therapy.

I work both physically and energetically, aiming to relax the body on different levels, as well as to remove energetic blockages and connect body, mind and spirit.
