I'm Liz Prueitt, co-founder of Tartine Bakery in San Francisco, along with my husband, Chad Robertson. My baking experience started with my family and continued at CIA, Hyde Park, NY (1993), and then on to work and learn in France. I keep learning through travel, reading, experimenting and talking to interesting, smart people along the way.In 2012 I founded CECSF, the Conductive Education Center of San Francisco. CECSF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that sponsors a day-camp for children with physical disabilities.
