Before working as a mediator (certified by Austrian Federal Ministery of Justice) and corporate consultant in fields of Conflict and Issue Management//Family Business Governance/Corporate Culture, I worked as a manager (human resources/organisation department) in different industries (fashion retail, shoe manufactory, pet food, tannery). I completed my master's degree in political education and a doctorate in jurisprudence at the university of Linz (JKU).
