Elisa Hutchings

I absolutely love teaching piano. I believe that music can change and shape the lives of anyone who comes in contact with it. I have been teaching piano since 2000 and to all ages. My goal as a teacher is to have my students enjoy what they are playing and you can't enjoy learning something if you don't like it. That is why my philosophy is to mingle classical and basics with whatever my student is interested in. When students have something to look forward to they actually try harder to learn.

After a teacher I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints; A Mormon. It is an intrinsic part of who I am and what I believe in. Although my parents brought my up in the Mormon faith I have chosen to live by its principles because they are good ideals to live by. I have never been happier with my life than when I am following the commandments and trying to be like Jesus. If you are ever curious about the church check it out here or I even have a profile here.
