Elise Aymer

Elise Aymer has a background in strategic marketing and information technology.

She worked for several years as an independent Internet and marketing consultant, specializing in website design, branding, social media management and helping small businesses and individuals to position and promote themselves through the use of traditional and digital media.

She has also worked as a software project manager and as an account manager at interactive marketing firms, where she managed electronic marketing campaigns and helped create strategies for companies including Verizon, Citibank and Calvin Klein.

Elise is currently a founding partner and consultant with Critical Diversity Solutions, LLC and with EN Consulting Group where she helps clients transform their organizations for the better.

She has a B.A. in History from Yale University and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Cornell University.
