Prior to becoming the Director of B & S Hearing Solutions, Elise Witz performed audiological services for a large Ear, Nose, and Throat practice on Long Island. She holds licenses in New York as a hearing aid dispenser and an audiologist. Ms. Witz earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences and a Master's degree in Audiology at Hofstra University.

Elise Witz stays active in the community by educating senior citizens about hearing loss, and her practice sponsors a local soccer team. In the past, Ms. Witz has donated her time screening newborns' hearing in a local hospital. She also volunteered at a school for the deaf in New York City.
