After years in Slow Food, I've worked in Gambero Rosso Food Channel for 7 years as Author and Journalist.

I write an work for Corriere della sera and Gazzetta Gastronomica.
I'm the Video Director for the project Unforkettable, the Niko Romito's food film collection. I make photo reportage and still life.

I've written "Il Gioco della Pizza" (2013 Rizzoli) with Gabriele Bonci and "Sicilia, la Cucina di Casa Planeta" (2014 Electa).

I organize food travels, food tours, tasting and food sourcing.
