At Elite Event Caterers, as Asian wedding caterers we are also Gujarati caterers and we use traditional cooking items including tandoor ovens. We can produce recipes without using any onions or garlic if you are from Gujarat and of the Jain religion which many Gujarati people are. All of the foods that we prepare involve the use of ghee instead of cooking oils, which is the type of butter used in Gujarat and other parts of Asia. We have many recipes which incorporate a mix of different vegetables including lentils and beans. Foods can be served using a traditional thali.
