Kenwood Food Processor
I will not cover things people already talked about, but I will mention that one of my initial problems with the device was it was hard to clean. Another way to clean the disks is to let the pasta dry. The hardest disk to use is the spaghetti because if the dough becomes even a little dry, the dough will struggle to go through the machine.
I bought a super package of disposable straws and my kids are nuts about drinking the smoothies. The best drinks I made - plain yogurt, water, frozen mango and pineaple chunks, and bananas. Even if it just lasts me 1 or 2 years, it's a huge savings over my Jamba Juice addiction!!
this was purchased for the quick morning smoothy.
I got this little blender to make shakes. I have found the lids difficult to completely clean - you can not take them apart, and it is very hard to clean in the little crevices where they overlap.
i bought this for my girlfriend in an effort to get her to make more shakes or healthy stuff.
the thing is quite small. Two servings of anything blendable is about the volume capacity of this blender. It whips up everything we've thrown in there so far.
i'm giving it four stars until its reliability is established.
I already have a pasta machine - a hand-crank traditional type, to which I've added an attachable motor. This one works fine, but I got tired of moving the motor back and forth from roller to cutter etc
I wanted to test this attachment several times before writing a review on it. Before I purchased this attachment, I read every review that I could find. I may have been one of the luckier ones, but every batch of dough that I have made has worked out perfectly for me.
I received this as a promotion for free along with the purchase of a stand mixer. One of them rusted completely, and the rest came out with a few spots of rust here and there. They sent me another one immediately without my having to send the first one back.
I use this kenwood food processor 950 to make a yogurt smoothie every morning for breakfast. It is less noisy than the magic bullet that I used to use.
