Eliza Waldie has developed strong technical and management skills over her time in IT. Through several positions in customer service and tech support she gained experience with computer networks and support cases. In working with clients she started to see remote support as an important part of improving the customer experience. Excited about the opportunity to be a part of innovation in this field, Eliza joined Proxy Networks soon after its formation.
