Take my class

My name is Elizabeth and I am an educator with a Master's degree in Education. I am a native Spanish speaker. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, USA. I worked 10 years in the position of elementary teacher and 11 years in the position of school principal with the Department of Education in Puerto Rico. I have taught Spanish to elementary school children (K to 12), and adults. I love teaching Spanish. I can help you with your Spanish homework (speak, read and write correctly in Spanish), also, if your interest is to speak conversational Spanish. I like to use different strategies to teach. I like the student to enjoy the process of learning.

My academic preparation and experience have taught me much in regard to techniques and teaching strategies. I like to be creative, use diverse strategies at the forefront. I think that the teaching strategies must facilitate the use of the five senses to learn. I like to use different types of teaching strategies : songs, games, exercises, written work, reading, computer, listen to music, stories, etc. .. I like to read and maintain my professional development, always looking for effective strategies to help facilitate the process of teaching my students. With the adults the process of learning Spanish can be arousing curiosity, fascinating, and engaging your attention.

I promise you this.
