I have to confess when I started my blog in April 2013, I didn't have a clue as to what I would write about. Everyone kept saying write what you know.

I seem to have a varied knowledge, Internet Marketing I have been doing for 5+ yrs now, advertising, traffic, seo, safe lists, traffic exchanges, this club that club, IBO Social, Linkedin,Facebook. Twitter, Pinterest (one of my favorites) I'm sure like many of you I could continue with different aspecs of the internet that I have touched on.

I also have to mention the best marketing tool on the internet by far is Skype! In the morning I work with my best friend in the United Kingdom, in the evening I work with my business partner in New Zeland, and I live in a small country town Hastings, New York.

I've gotten a little off base...I am Liz English 56 yrs of age, I live with my wonderful husband Dave, of 32 yrs. We have 3 children his, mine and ours. Typical American family.

If you have been following my posts you know I suffer from chronic pain. I have been in pain since December 1982. Wow I just realized 1 year of marriage was without terrible pain...poor husband..So for the past 31 yrs I have been on the quest like millions of you to find some form of pain relief. I plan on sharing what I can remember with you. I would like to invite you to also share with me. I know you are out there..that I am not alone..I have seen you in the doctors office, orthopedic, neurologist, xray departments, hospitals, physical therapy offices, and now the endless visits to pain doctor offices. We all have unique stories, but we are all on the same quest...to relieve our pain.
