Licensed as a real estate broker since 1977, I can honestly say, "been there, done that"!

Over the years I have worked in every facet of the real estate industry including the sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties, Operations Manger of a Vacation Rental company, Manager, sales and deeding of timeshare vacation properties in Hawaii and have been a licensed loan officer for residential home loans for many years.

I have owned and operated my own real estate and mortgage brokerage as well as having managed real estate sales and property management divisions for Prudential, Century 21 and several Developer/Builders who had their own "in house" real estate divisions for new construction projects.

I also have extensive experience in the mortgage banking industry and have been a licensed loan originator and office manager for several companies over the years.

During the downturn in the economy, from 2008 thru 2014, I utilized my years of "negotiating" experience to assist "underwater" homeowners to settle short sales and complete loan modifications.

I am currently a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, Hawaii, Washington and Utah.
