Hi, I'm Elizabeth!

Hi, I'm Elizabeth... blogger, reader, teacher, chef, auntie, lover of God.

Currently I'm in a state of limbo - having spent the previous five years teaching abroad in China, and now waiting on my next assignment. That leaves me with some time on my hands, and a new found passion of mine, writing. Since I love food, I'll share some of my tidbits on my journey in the kitchen, and since I love God, I'll share some tidbits on my journey through Scripture and life.
