Elizabeth is an entrepreneurial leader and educator committed to helping emerging changemakers find their voice and realize their full potential. Her work is motivated by a desire to awaken young adults to their passions and support them in using their unique gifts to create a more just and sustainable world. As a result of her own experiences and insights, Elizabeth has devoted her career to equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to collaboratively address pressing social challenges.

A natural connector who excels at recognizing and building on individual strengths, Elizabeth has more than fifteen years of experience creating, expanding, and enriching programs that empower young people to connect with themselves and the world. Her pedagogical approach is rooted in inquiry-based learning, creative problem solving, and collaboration across differences.
