Elizabeth Leary DNP RN

Elizabeth Leary DNP, RN, CPHQ, CCM is Executive Director of Integrated Care Management for Sutter Health, overseeing population health management services for the San Francisco Bay Area. She has a proven track record generating millions in both revenue and cost savings for value-based population health initiatives and health plan products. Elizabeth holds both doctoral and master's degrees in nursing from Yale University and she is President of the Yale Club of Silicon Valley. Elizabeth has also earned certifications in case management, healthcare quality and public health nursing.
