I am a trusted learning leader with 15+ years of experience developing and delivering high-quality learning solutions across multiple lines of business. I use my passion for learning and the learner experience drives me to be an advocate for diversity & inclusion, mentoring, and inspiring others to share their knowledge.

As a former Disney Cast Member, I managed facilitators who provided training to over 900 Disney Cast Members. Inaugural member of the TED Masterclass program and helped teams leverage the TED-style in their storytelling and connecting with people. During my tenure at Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando, I collaborated with senior leaders to identify, develop, and implement solutions that drove key Guest service performance indicators.

My mission is to help enlighten all from the young to the young at heart by leveraging innovative technology, interweaving client and business needs for the advancement and benefit for the client, person, and the business.
