ABOUT ME I am a fundamental lover of the law. I was educated at the University of Colorado - Boulder and at New York Law School. I am now living in San Angelo, TX working for the Tom Green County Court as the Guardianship Investigating Attorney. HOW I GOT HERE I moved from NYC to Texas in May of 2013 to be the primary care giver to my mother, who had suddenly fallen ill. I took to the surprising turn of events with determination and put my full effort into caring for Mother. She is now doing well and on the mend. I now find myself practicing law in the town where I grew up. While I value the small-ish town values and am enjoying the "return-to-roots" stage, I am actively looking to move to a major metropolitan area where I can further harness my professional skills and practice law. WHERE I'M GOING I am a skilled young lawyer with a drive and determination for excellence. I am licensed to practice law in New York State and the State of Texas. Locating and practicing in New York or Texas is no sweat for me. I am also open to new opportunities and am an exceptional bar taker. Therefore, for the right opportunity I'd be eager to take another bar exam and expand my legal skills into new territory. I currently practice guardianship and probate law, however, I also have outlying interests in IP, employment & labor law, business/corporate law, civil & criminal litigation, personal injury, and energy, among many other areas. OTHER INTERESTS While I am passionate about the law, I am also well-rounded and have many other interests outside of law. I have a small Brussels Griffon (dog) named Charlie and she has spurred my interest in canine psychology and cognition. I am an amature photographer and while I love all things digital, I sometimes long for the unadulterated pleasure of developing FILM. I love learning new things and, thus, I continuously educate myself on various topics such as finance & economics, psychology, sports, art & architecture, global politics, home decor, and fashion & style.
