I have worked with students of all ages, and before moving back to Maine last year, I worked as a school librarian in Massachusetts, the Dominican Republic, and Samoa. In my spare time, I try to convince concerned adults that kids and teens will be all right reading the books they like, ebooks will probably not ruin society, and that comics count as "real" reading. When I get angry, I back up all my arguments with reputable sources and detailed citations.
