I grew up in real estate. I watched my parents hunt for homes from the back seat of our station wagon. They were a young working class couple from Brooklyn living in the "burbs" outside Princeton NJ. I watched them slowly and carefully invest and then reap the rewards from a market with interest rates soaring to 18%. Later when my Mother became a broker I saw it from the other side as well. Charlotte became home in 1986. I raised my son and my German Shepherds in Charlotte.
In the 80's I fell in love with the charming older homes of Charlotte’s historic districts. I have bought, sold, renovated and designed new and old homes for myself and my clients for over 20 years. I started listing homes in what were then “transitional” neighborhoods. Now they are thriving Charlotte neighborhoods like Dilworth, Midwood, Villa Heights, The NoDa Arts District and Oakhurst. Currently I live in Myers Park and have designed, built and sold extraordinary luxury homes here and in the South Park area. Call me a real estate junkie but I am on my 34th move!

Recently I designed and assisted in the development of a 24 modern minimalist solar-ready home community in Charlotte's North End. I am currently working on the design and future development and sale of a Modernist / Mid-Century Modern community as well as a Intentional Community based on common shared garden space.
