I currently live in Iowa City, IA, with my wonderful boyfriend who selflessly acts as official taste-tester for everything that comes out of our kitchen. For the past two years I’ve been working at the University of Iowa as a research assistant in a biochemistry lab, experimenting with developmental genetics by day and culinary delights by night. In September, Anden and I will be moving to Vermont so I can study at the New England Culinary Institute for my Associates Degree in the Culinary Arts. I love yoga, reading, the Boston Bruins, and of course, food.
