I’ve spent the past five years as a strategy consultant in the electronic payments (financial services) industry, helping banks and payments-related technology companies navigate market obstacles and grow their businesses. My time in consulting has been productive and rewarding – it’s helped me discover my passionate curiosity about all things digital payments. I am excited to pursue my interest in digital payment technologies in the next phase of my career through a marketing role at an innovative financial institution, and am looking to leverage a Texas MBA to facilitate my transformation from strategy consultant to marketing mastermind.

In all facets of life I am supportively competitive and deeply caring. My natural drive and results-oriented attitude means that I constantly push myself, and I derive energy off of encouraging others to do the same. I believe the best way to motivate is to lead by example. I’ve played soccer since I was five, and my time captaining, coaching, and being a player over the years has transformed this mantra into intuition.

Off the field, I engage in charitable and philanthropic work for local organizations. Two programs in particular are very near and dear to my heart - the first aims to better society through pairing local at-risk girls with successful businesswomen as mentors; the second focuses on awareness and fundraising events for children’s hospice care and grief support.

I look forward to beginning the next chapter in my personal and professional growth, and hope to do so while exploring Austin with my new classmates and oh-so-significant-other, Collin!
