Elizabeth Huston

Elizabeth Huston is in her junior year at Cornell’s school of Hotel Administration. She received her Associates of Study in Baking and Pastry Arts at The Culinary Institute of America in May of 2013. She has experience working in both small and large kitchens holding a variety of positions. She also has event planning experience on a small scale as a personal chef and event planner in Rhinecliff, New York. She has interest in food and beverage, event planning, and foodservice technology. She also served as the Executive Pastry Chef for this years Hotel Ezra Cornell, where she was responsible for all desserts and breads for the 3 day conference. She plans to continue her involvement next year as a member of the executive board next year in a food and beverage capacity. Elizabeth is currently working with her advisor on a case study regarding innovation in the Hospitality industry.
