Elizabeth Irmen is a well-established Oak Brook, Illinois, retail manager who has a decade of leadership experience with Swarovski Crystal Co. Having set in place the “Inspiring Success” corporate coaching model, Elizabeth Irmen guides diverse aspects of operations, including payroll, accounting, and budget tracking. Under her direction, the store has achieved a top-10 ranking among nationwide regional operations.

In the late 1990s, Ms. Irmen engaged as Z Gallerie district manager and guided four stores that together generated $18 million in revenue. In this position, her responsibilities extended to aspects of retail operations such as sales initiatives and visual strategy.

Ms. Irmen also has past experience as general manager with Ethan Allen Retail, Inc., where she led a team of more than a dozen administrators and design consultants. With annual volume at the Wheaton, Illinois, store reaching more than $8 million, she consistently attained budget goals. Elizabeth Irmen maintains membership in the American Management Association and is also active with the alumni chapter of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. An avid traveler, she has visited locales spanning Latin America, Africa, Europe and North America.
