As a mother of two girls and a step-son, I am in a unique position to understand the challenges of balancing marriage and family. I became a marriage and family therapist because I wanted to help people to live happier lives and to help couples who are facing challenges in their relationships. Marriage is not easy, but it shouldn't hurt. So many couples come to me who have experienced a disconnect in their relationship, an affair, distance after having children or who have grown in different directions. Many are feeling lost and not sure what step they should take next. Counseling and coaching can help, and I feel honored that I am invited into my clients world in order to help them to make the changes necessary to move forward living happier lives.
Education:
I am currently completing the dissertation phase of my doctoral program towards a PhD in psychology. I hold a masters degree in counseling psychology as well as a bachelors degree in psychology with a minor in addictive disorders.
