Elizabeth Kapran is a vegan lifestyle blogger and social media manager.

She works as an engagement specialist at TheSocialDrop digital agency with a wholesome passion on the side, her vegan lifestyle blog, The Lil Veggie Kween. By advocating and promoting veganism through creating/curating content, running events, participatory projects, client work and running a lifestyle page, Elizabeth passionately infuses her love for the environment, health and animals into her work.

Over the last year, Elizabeth has worked alongside major Toronto-based franchises like PiCo, as well as not-for-profit organizations like Hempster.Co as their engagement specialist. Via organizing and curating content, communicating with potential and loyal customers, designing page layouts, forming collaborations and planning promotions, Elizabeth’s expertise helps businesses carve out their competitive edge on today’s most popular socials.

Her most recent venture, the vegan lifestyle blog @lilveggiekween, promotes the effortlessness and benefits of transitioning to a vegan lifestyle through her e-book, “The Kween’s Guide to Eating Veggies” along with her collaborations with not-for-profit vegan charities and clothing lines.

Elizabeth continues to work as an engagement specialist at TheSocialDrop while simultaneously running her own educational lifestyle blog. She is reached out to on a daily basis to speak her two-cents on maintaining a plant-based lifestyle, its benefits, the implications of the average western-diet and the harsh realities that exist in our world today surrounding veganism. Elizabeth is also certified in Hootsuite Academy’s ‘Years of Relevant Experience’ and is currently studying the Creative Industries. She will be graduating with a Bachelor of Arts at Ryerson University in 2021.
