I help solve problems by changing people's behaviors - because the heart of any problem is ultimately a people problem. There are a lot of ways to change behaviors, but my method of choice is communications. Through my campaigns, I've changed people's behaviors within large organizations and entire communities, and as a result, I've helped to solve some pretty significant problems.
The outcomes I've achieved aren't by accident. They're the result of rigorous, evidence-based communications. They're the result of using the right medium for the message. I'm well versed in a variety of these mediums, from social media to public outreach; from the printed word to the web; from multimedia presentations to stunning design - I know how and when to use these channels to move the target audience into action.
Most importantly, I'm able to measure the impacts of my communications strategies, constantly evaluating and improving campaigns based on the numbers.
