I am recognized as a talented and dependable aspiring professional/recent college graduate with exceptional communication and people skills. Both peers and management acknowledge my engaging personality and intellectual curiosity. I take the initiative to contribute as a team-player at many levels. My employers have rewarded my loyalty and work ethic by consistently rehiring and promoting me.

I strive mainly to give to others and help them lead a fulfilling life. I will never give up working hard to reach my fullest potential in my life, and I will continue to help others realize their full potential as well. I will never turn my back or be bitter towards others when I face life’s difficulties. I always stand up for what I believe is right. I believe everyone deserves compassion, understanding, and love and my goal is to help those in need to believe the very same about themselves. My mission is to be a healer, to know what people are going through in their own daily lives, and mend their sorrows and inspire their hopes and dreams -- to allow them to see the world in all it’s beauty. I want people to know how wonderful they can make the world for themselves and others just by being a part of it.

I am seeking a position as a psychiatric nurse or occupational therapist, specifically, working in a sector of a hospital for people with developmental disorders. I aim to be a friendly face, to inspire joy in people with intellectual disabilities of all ages, and to facilitate independent living for those who may have difficulty.

I am a creative problem-solver. In work experience and in personal experience, I’ve acted as both a thinker and a doer. At the time, this was a pure-genius moment for me: I was in a pet store with my father, and we were looking at fish to buy whilst making conversation with the employee working the fish station. Every day, the pet store counts each fish in the tank, big and VERY small. With fish constantly moving around, it takes some good eyeballs to count every fish when there could be 30 in a single tank, or does it? My father was going on about how hard of a job that must be, when I said: “they could just take a picture of the tank. Then you won’t have to worry about them moving around.” Those kinds of epiphanies are what I bring to the table. I’m a fast-thinker, an analyzer, and an absolute problem-solver.
