Elizabeth Nji Ph.D

Educator and Leadership Expert in Calabar, Nigeria

Elizabeth Nji is an educator and a researcher with about nine years of working experience as an academic across higher institutions of learning in Africa. She holds a Ph.D degree in Public Health Nutrition. She is a public speaker who has facilitated several sessions on Leadership and career development.

Her passion for youth development and the need to put an end to the scourge of examination malpractice in her local community led to the establishment of the Nenbel Aid Development Foundation where she serves as the Executive director. The foundation’s key focus is on improving quality education ( SDG4) and it’s mission is to equip young people with the right knowledge and tools, which will enable them to make informed choices about their future. She is a personal development coach and part of her purpose is to inspire, motivate and encourage both the old and young to become all they are called to be.

She is the convener of “Conversations with Betty” a female focused inspirational community that provides mentorship to young women, in other for them to learn, grow and lead purposeful lives.

She also runs a weight-loss community where she uses her knowledge as a nutritionist and her experience with post-partum weight-loss to help both women and men in loosing weight by teaching and showing them practical steps to achieve body confidence while making healthier lifestyle choices.

She is married with two adorable children.
