Elizabeth Olowe is a visionary leader and entrepreneur at the forefront of climate-smart agriculture, turning sustainable practices into a pathway for economic empowerment. As the Founder and CEO of Chrisbeth Farm, she has spent over three years pioneering a circular agricultural model that integrates sustainable farming, recycling innovation, and community development.

Elizabeth is a respected entrepreneur, consultant, public speaker, and life coach who shares her expertise on building resilient, sustainable systems. She has led transformative projects across Nigeria, including building and managing a 2-acre greenhouse farm that produces over 10 tonnes of fresh fruits annually by integrating hydroponics, poultry, and waste recycling. She believes that sustainability isn't just an environmental necessity but a powerful tool for job creation and long-term economic growth.

In her work, Elizabeth focuses on transforming agricultural and plastic waste into useful products while equipping the next generation with green skills. Through her social enterprise, Favrecycle, she has reached over 5,000 households and trained more than 300 youth in recycling and sustainable practices. Her vision is to unlock the economic potential of over 10 million Africans by 2035 through sustainable farming, environmental education, and skills development.

A testament to her impact and expertise, Elizabeth is a proud alumna of programs like the African Food Changemaker, Precision Field Academy, United Nation Women in Affirmative Procurement, Clean Technology Hub, African Wealth Initiativeand Google Hustle Academy. As a life coach, she also empowers young Nigerians through her work with CBS NextGen Enterprises, where she provides career coaching and workforce readiness programs.
