Elizabeth Padgett

Elizabeth Padgett is an alumnus of Bordeaux School of Management and social delegate of the CFTC. She has a solid background in engineering of the ongoing processes, in the areas of agri-food and plant chemistry. Having accumulated experiences in France and abroad during a short 20 years, Elizabeth Padgett is now a delegate at the CFTC. After twenty years of industry experience, she hopes to capitalize on her achievements to promote a management combining freedom and accountability.

In the CFTC, Elizabeth Padgett has the ambition to respond effectively to questions that are asked on the Organization of work, women and men place in the company, as well as economic changes. The CFTC is a modern, innovative and deeply human Union as glimpse her communication which informs, helps employees make the right decisions and gives them the floor.
