Elizabeth Pearce

A native of Louisiana, Elizabeth gives interactive demonstrations tracing the story of New Orleans through its cuisine. She teaches in-home cooking classes as well a hearth cooking class at the historic Hermann-Grima House in the French Quarter.

Elizabeth has been a contributing columnist to the Times-Picayune Food Section and Emerils online food magazine. She later served asthe first curator of the Southern Food and Beverage Museum, which is located in New Orleans.
