Beth is a Healing practitioner and a Yoga teacher. Her goal is to help others transform blocks in their energy field and reconnect with the essence of who they truly are! She is a Teaching Assistant/Practitioner Mentor with The Reconnection, and is honored to be one of the first Certified Instructors of Reconnective Yoga. She travels world-wide with the team helping to teach practitioners, introducing them to these healing frequencies of light and information, and helping them explore layering these frequencies into a Yoga practice. She has found that integrating these Reconnective Healing frequencies of light and information into her life has opened her heart, deepened her sense of truth, expanded her connection to the etheric body, deepened her levels of concentration and meditation, and has allowed her physical asana to move to new heights.

In addition to her work with The Reconnection, Beth is also a Certified Practitioner of Resonance Repatterning, and works with clients world-wide to assist in the release of unconscious blocks and patterns and a return to a state of coherence. This work facilitates healing on the mental, physical, emotional and spirit levels. Sessions help us return to our natural state of balance, and align with the experience of greater joy, love, peace, well-being, abundance and positive self esteem in our lives. Beth works with adults, children, and animals in person, by phone, or by proxy, and is available for one-on-one as well as group sessions. She is proud to be a part of the healing team for Further Shore, a not for profit based out of AZ that supports living well and dying with dignity. Beth has an extensive background and great love for the performing arts, and has been dancing, singing and acting since the age of 6. She holds a B.A. in Theatre and Dance and has performed all over the world, including on Broadway. Her skills as a performer have given her a great foundation as a healer, and allowed her to be an exceptional listener, a clear and adaptable speaker, a highly intuitive guide, and most importantly, have taught her to find and include humor whenever possible!
