I believe that I will bring dilligence, professionalism, dedication to success, experience and education to this company that will help bring success with the human resources department.

There are many opportunities with a human resource management degree and just by being in this field I have a wide spectrum of jobs that are offered. Many companies are growing with the economy growing and it now as provided more job openings for college graduates within the HR field. With that being said there are also many people out there who need jobs and have a bit more of experience than I do which is where some may have an advantage over me.

I work very well with other people and helping them with solving problems. I am very good at getting tasks done in a timely manner and that way I am able to get started on my next task. I am currently working on patiences. If someone one is taking to long to complete a task I will take things into my own hands and complete them so I know that they are finished.

I few skills that I have include time mamangement, organizational, decision making, quick learning, ethical, determination and multitasking. I have over 5 years of working in professional evironments and I am very quick to learn new things. I find myself to be very quick and efficient when it comes to completeing tasks.
