I received my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis on Social Welfare and Social Justice with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Northridge (CSUN).

I am currently a first year graduate student in the Master of Science College Counseling and Student Development Program at Azusa Pacific University (APU). I have been learning more about implementing a variety of theories into the practices within Student Affairs. I currently serve as the Coordinator for TRiO Student Support Services at APU in which I have had the opportunity to recruit 140 TRiO participants, supervise student staff, and facilitate informational and intentional workshops to holistically support our students development.
