Elizabeth Roberts

My childhood was split between a small town near Crater Lake, Oregon and Beijing, China. Raised by travelers, I’ve since lived everywhere from Australia and New Zealand to Hawaii and Argentina and continue to travel the world.

Today, I reside in Portland, OR where I enjoy spending time with my daughter, listening to anything that sounds like David Bowie, and taking barre3 & StarCycle classes.

I earn a living as Assistant Director for Feast Portland, the Pacific Northwest's flagship food and drink festival. I also assist with Hot Luck, a new food and music festival held in Austin, Texas. I enjoy creating once-in-a-lifetime memorable events that bring communities together!

I feel lucky to work with some of the best chefs and talented individuals in Portland, Austin, the U.S. and beyond. It’s a job that taps into my prior experience in running children's community gardens, working on organic farms and biodynamic vineyards, helping run a bakery, managing marketing, pr and events for an organic juice company and a hospitality company, managing environmental sustainability programs and even teaching Montessori (which I have a Masters in).
