I’m an education leader with over 18 years of experience supporting educators through professional learning, coaching, and systems-level change. A consistent throughline of my work has been designing and facilitating adult learning experiences that help educators translate ideas into meaningful classroom practice.

I believe deeply in the power of education to create more equitable and engaging experiences for students, and in the importance of supporting educators as partners in that work. My career has spanned classroom teaching, school and technology leadership, instructional coaching, and national professional development, with a focus on building community, staying curious about emerging practices, and learning alongside others.
