Born and raised in Windhoek, Namibia, she has cultivated over 15 years of experience across diverse sectors, including finance, health, retail, and property. With a Financial Management Honours degree from IUM and an active role in various global initiatives like the World Bank Group Youth Summit, she is committed to empowering small businesses, fostering youth leadership, and championing AI sustainability.

As the Founder and CEO of Green EcoTech Internationals, Elizabeth leads efforts to merge technology with environmental sustainability, inspiring young people worldwide. She’s also the Managing Director of Zattus Accounting, helping businesses achieve financial clarity. Elizabeth’s dedication to her community shines through her volunteer work in Katutura East and her hands-on approach to mentorship, including collaborations with the Development Bank of Namibia.
