Elizabeth Stenholt
Chicago Illinois
Currently she is with the Steppenwolf Theater in the Chicago world premier of Airline Highway directed by Joe Mantello slated for broadway. Elizabeth is a versatile actress capable of playing early teens through early 20's. She has been in over 45 musical and straight productions since the age of 8.
Pasted below are reviews from the Chicago Sun Times, Tribune & Time Out she has received for off Chicago loop productions to show you the great recognition she received for her work and that she is more than capable of meeting any challenge that is put in front of her. I have also included a Stage Channel Video link to an intense scene from One Flea Spare. http://stagechannel.com/video.php?ebc=hTKFaWaILonx . This scene was performed when she was 15 and represents an intense character travelling through various emotions.
Elizabeth is an old soul with an infectious laugh and humble mind. Directors love to work with Elizabeth and compliment her professionalism and dedication to performance as well as the person she is and the talent she has.
We look forward to hear your thoughts about Elizabeth.

Chicago Sun Times Hedy Weiss
2014 Plainsong …”Victoria Roubideaux (Elizabeth Stenholt, a thinking beauty).
2011 One Flea Spare …“Stenholt, a freshman..., gives an astonishingly accomplished performance here and has “star” written all over her.”
Chicago Trubune Kerry Reid
2014 Plainsong …“Stenholt, a senior at Mxxxx Wxxx who already has a few off-Loop credits, offers an astonishingly assured and sensitive take on Victoria.
Time Out Chicago
2014 Plainsong …“Stenholt, an actual teenager playing a teenager (she’s currently a senior at Mxxxx Wxxx High School in...), brings a notably artifice-free honesty to her role.”
The Fourth Walsh
2014 Plainsong …“The cantankerous bachelor brothers are hilarious. The bold and awkward contrast between them and the beautiful and subdued Elizabeth Stenholt (Victoria) is brilliant. (I want Steinhagen to write a spin-off sitcom pilot for the trio. It would become must-see TV)”
