Elke Stephenson has over a decade of experience working as an independent financial agent and recruiter. She offers her clients services in college planning, tax-free retirement, life insurance, 401k rollovers, and capital gains tax deferral strategies. Prior to working independently in 2008, Stephenson has vast experience working for companies. She began her career by co-developing a company from the ground and working as the Sales and Marketing Manager. She then was hired by R2 Technology and worked as the Sales and Operations Manager for a year, where she increased sales from $12 million to $32 million, decreasing costs by streamlining existing internal support process of the sales team and decreased turn-times in order processing by 50%. In 2001, Stephenson was hired by U-Systems, a GE Healthcare Company and worked as the Director of Commercial Operations and Sales for two and a half years. In this position, she acted as the liaison for all customer interface areas and created an organizational structure for the Commercial Operations Department. In 2004, the Aidan West Financial Group hired Stephenson as the Account Executive. During her three years here, she established and managed new and ongoing client relationships, grew personal monthly sales volume from $0 to $4.5 million, and developed an in-depth knowledge of mortgage banking products and guidelines. Stephenson was then hired by Merka International, LLC as the Manager of Sales Operations, Customer Relations, and Unique Projects. For eight years, she streamlined existing processes and procedures, created individualized financial strategies for clients to achieve their personal financial goals, and increased customer satisfaction and retention due to her early completion of 95% of her projects. Currently, Stephenson continues to work independently to meet the financial goals of her clients.
