Elkie Clinton

Elkie Clinton is the CEO and founder of Savvy Moms Unite, LLC, a life coach, speaker and author. She is also the creator of the Get Your Money Life Boot-Camp course. She holds a Masters degree in Education from the University of Rhode Island. She has worked with several non-profits and educational institutions.

Her primary work with moms is to develop their plans for their finances and career transitions. Elkie believes that moms, particularly single moms can no longer rely on one source financially to survive. They will need to be savvy with their money in order to live a life that gives them financial freedom.

Working as a Career Coach for some time allowed her to work with people who wanted to make changes in their career but struggled with navigating the process for obtaining their career choice. Within her sessions she developed relationships with her clients which led to her designing more personalized coaching sessions with them. Elkie would support them in goal setting and creating a vision for their life as they considered their new careers and lifestyle changes while also providing access to resources in the community that supported them in achieving their goals.

Elkie states that “It was so rewarding to watch my clients grow both within their career as well as emotionally. It is through this experience that I decided I wanted to work with others to help them achieve their life’s dream. It was incredible to engage with young people and adults who envision greatness for the life but just need someone to help them realize the possibilities available to them”.

Elkie is a mother to a daughter that inspires her to pursue her dreams. She is one of the motivating factors behind why she became a Savvy Mom. She wants to help moms pursue the careers of their dreams and aid in their rescue when it comes to financials struggles.
