Surviving life in the sand pit that is Dubai, one plate at a time. One of the reasons I learned how to cook is because I love to eat. Second is, I don't have a lot of money to eat out so, I'd rather cook my own food at home. What started as a means of survival has turned into a passionate love affair with food and everything about it - I can talk for hours on end on that one subject! When I'm not cooking, I'm busy thinking and planning my next meal. It is an all consuming obsession but one that i would never trade for anything. Food is my language.
