Elle Monroe is a young woman on the rise. Her career has covered the modeling, publishing,television, theatre and film industries. An operational mainstay in the fashion show and pageantry worlds, Elle took her creative pursuits to the next level when she launched Bold Magazine in 2010, serving as its Editor-In-Chief.
Committed to creating positive images and outlets for both African-American women and full-figured women alike, Elle has since expanded her brand to include a cookbook, Heels in the Kitchen, as well as a soon-to-be-launched YouTube cooking show of the same name. A fashionista at heart, Elle continuously merges her love for fashion and food in other forums as seen through her blog, Fashionably Edible, as well as her Twitter and Facebook presences.
