I'm a caffè latte enthusiast, out-of-box creative, a master of instructional design, admirer of nature, producer of high taste, low fat yummy treats, an H20 lover – drinking it, swimming in it and walking in it, bagel connoisseur, mother to two, wife of my best friend and thoughtful friend and colleague of many.

My raison d'être is about helping and making things better and I do that through creating and delivering quality learning solutions. I love working with multi-level groups and teams as well as individuals to innovate and create something new. Finding the funny things in life is on my daily radar and I carry my sense of humour toolbox everywhere.

I aim high and go farther so that my clients become my business partners.

Career wise, I have worked with in every aspect of the training and education realm from needs assessment to launch and when its appropirate, integrate multi media and web applications to create award winning, high engagement, knock your socks off learning solutions.

In the spirit of perpetual learning, I love to explore, reflect upon life, and learn about others. My favorite activities are creating and building new things, walking, swimming/snorkeling/diving, surfing the web, baking and spending quality time with friends and family.
