I've been using GIS and other geospatial technologies for about fifteen years. Most of my work has been in the environmental field, helping some very smart non-GIS people use GIS technology and data.
My latest thing is using ArcGIS Explorer and connecting to the growing web map services out there. I create maps using these map services and share them with biologists, environmental planners, local government representatives, committee members, and so on. I'm trying to develop add-ins for ArcGIS Explorer using the SDK and Visual Basic.
Along the way I've picked up a lot of HTML, ASP, XML, CSS, SVG, Sharepoint, Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, and related technologies. Lately it's all coming together.
