YOU CANNOT EXERCISE YOUR WAY OUT OF POOR NUTRITION- combine proteins&carbs, stay away from whole wheat, concentrated juices,no GMO corn,no margarine- eat butter:)- no processed soy- Eat as natural as possible- no preservatives.

-3x per week maintains fitness level - 4-5 x per week increases -6-7 x killer

It only takes 20 minutes to complete an aerobic workout- 8 minutes to get your heart rate up& 12 minutes to 'work it'

if you have issue with night binge blame the hormone- ghrelin

combat by eating legumes-

control your cortisol (stress hormone) which ramps up your adrenaline- turns to belly fat-

~ practice stress release via the art of yoga or by simply viewing a meditation ?binaural?beats on you tube.~~~~~~~~~ Drink lots of plain water or plain seltzer water. Thirst=dehydration-

hullo :)) - it is May/2015 I hope this finds you on the path to wellness. I have a suggestion for those who want to reduce girth fast & safely- google the warrior diet~which consists of eating a variety of fresh fruits & vegetables during the day- before dinner ingest a small green salad-~~this eating plan & my magic lemon potion drink has helped my blood sugar drop 19 points in the last year~

Magic lemon potion recipe- water, lemon juice, a dash of cayenne (liver cleanse)~lots of cinnamon for blood sugar regulation, & ginger to reduce pain inflammation~ Heat the water till very warm. Use a straw to protect tooth enamel~
