I am the owner and chef of Penny Lick Ice Cream Company, creating small batch artisan ice cream for local farmers markets and special events. My background is in cooking, event planning and writing. I love to travel and take most of my creative inspiration from my adventures, but New York will always be my home. I live in Westchester County with my husband and three children, who are simultaneously my biggest food critics and my most ardent supporters.
