Ellis LLeras

Ellis has spent most of his years traveling through various countries around the world. As a child, he got used to the life of a military family, moving every few years to a new location, a new country.

Through these experiences, Ellis developed a deep appreciation and understanding for cultures outside of his own. He won sponsorships to schools outside of the U.S. and realized a passion for writing, illustrating, and storytelling.

This kind of living also gave Ellis the opportunity to learn many different trades by virtue of necessity, including (but not limited to) carpentry, landscaping, and teaching.

This lifestyle reinforced his ardency to roam and expand his life experiences while spending much of his time traveling as an adult.

Now with a beautiful wife and family, Ellis has become inspired to share his creativity with others.

He has founded Stories In The Mail LLC and is dedicated to helping parents, caregivers, and other mentors vitalize young minds by engaging our readers, educating with story, and strengthening family bonds through personalized letters written in the voices of heroes, heroines, and villains of legends & folklore and other historical tales.

In addition, he writes several blogs inspired by his love for his wife and family and intended to help others in their daily lives.
