Hello, I'm Ellery, a corporate Audio Visual Support Technician in Melbourne with a passion for enhancing user experiences through technology. Since starting as a trainee in 2006, my career has been deeply intertwined with solving complex AV challenges, specializing in Crestron products, Zoom, and HTML development via VueJS.

A notable observation in my journey is the uniformity and outdated nature of AV system UIs across the industry. Despite high standards in system design and installation, the UI often falls short, lacking customization and failing to reflect the customer's brand identity. This one-size-fits-all approach misses the opportunity to make AV systems true representatives of a company’s ethos.

I envision a future where the AV and UI Design industries collaborate to create AV systems that are not only functional but also embody a company's brand, transforming them into empowering tools for success. Moving away from generic designs, I advocate for bespoke UIs that enhance brand alignment and user interaction.
